What is covered?

The TryDarts Guarantee is designed to remove the risk from buying second-hand darts online. You can see the exact set before you buy and try them at home once they arrive.

Eligible guarantee returns are issued as TryDarts store credit once the returned darts have been received and checked.

The darts must be returned in substantially the same condition supplied, including any items or accessories that came with them.

How to use the guarantee

Returning under the TryDarts Guarantee is simple.

Email info@trydarts.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Pack the darts safely

Return the darts and all supplied items in suitable protective packaging.

Send them back

Return postage is paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise. We recommend tracked postage.

Receive store credit

Once received and checked, eligible returns are issued as TryDarts store credit.

What is not covered?

The guarantee is there to help genuine customers buy with confidence, but returned items must come back correctly.

Late return requests

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Missing items

All supplied items, accessories and components must be returned with the darts.

Extra damage or misuse

Store credit may be reduced or refused if the darts are returned damaged, altered or excessively worn after delivery.

The 7-day period starts from the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.
Do I have to pay return postage?
Yes, return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Do I need to return the box and accessories?
Yes. Any supplied items, accessories or packaging shown as included with the product must be returned.
Are the photos the exact darts I receive?
Yes. Product photos show the exact set of darts you will receive, unless clearly stated otherwise.
What if the darts are faulty or not as described?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@trydarts.co.uk. Faulty, incorrect or materially misdescribed items are handled separately in line with your statutory rights.
