1. Used Products Disclaimer
1.1 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all darts and accessories sold by TryDarts are used, second-hand items.
1.2 Used items may show signs of previous use including cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, worn coatings, tarnishing, or replacement parts.
1.3 Customers should expect normal cosmetic wear consistent with used sporting goods.
2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
2.1 TryDarts offers a 7-day money back guarantee on eligible website purchases.
2.2 The 7-day period begins on the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.
2.3 The guarantee is provided in the form of Store Credit only. Cash refunds are not available under this guarantee unless required by law.
2.4 To request a return under the 7-day guarantee, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2.5 Returned items must:
- be returned in substantially the same condition supplied;
- include all supplied components and accessories;
- not show excessive additional wear or damage after delivery.
2.6 Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage unless otherwise agreed by us.
2.7 Store Credit will be issued after inspection of the returned goods.
2.8 We reserve the right to reduce or refuse Store Credit where:
- items are returned damaged;
- components are missing;
- excessive wear has occurred after delivery;
- the returned item differs from the original item supplied.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
3.1 If you believe an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
3.2 We may request:
- photographs;
- a description of the issue;
- return of the item for inspection.
3.3 Where an item is confirmed as faulty, incorrectly supplied, or materially not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
3.4 Remedies may include:
- repair;
- replacement;
- Store Credit;
- refund where legally required.
4. Return Process

4.2 Returns should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4.3 We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.
4.4 Customers remain responsible for returned goods until successfully received by TryDarts.
4.5 TryDarts is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit back to us.
5. Non-Returnable Items
5.1 The following may not qualify for return or Store Credit:
- items returned outside the return window;
- items returned damaged due to misuse;
- incomplete returns;
- counterfeit or altered items;
- items modified after delivery.
6. Store Credit Terms
6.1 Store Credit:
- has no cash value;
- is non-transferable;
- cannot normally be exchanged for cash;
- may only be redeemed against eligible purchases on our website.
6.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Store Credit obtained fraudulently or in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
