1. Shipping Locations

1.1 TryDarts currently ships to UK addresses only unless otherwise stated.

1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where delivery is not reasonably possible.

2.1 We aim to dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe after payment has been received.

2.2 Dispatch times may vary depending on:

  • order volume;
  • stock availability;
  • weekends and public holidays;
  • postal service delays;
  • fraud prevention or verification checks.

2.3 Dispatch estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Delivery Services

3.1 Orders are normally shipped using Royal Mail or another suitable delivery provider.

3.2 We may change delivery providers without notice where reasonably necessary.

4.3 Delayed delivery does not automatically entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation unless required by law.


5. Delivery Responsibility

5.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • delivery details are accurate;
  • the delivery address is secure and accessible;
  • parcels can be safely received.

5.2 Risk in goods passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

5.3 Delivery confirmation by the carrier, including delivery to:

  • a safe place;
  • neighbour;
  • reception;
  • concierge;
  • parcel locker;
    may be treated as evidence of successful delivery.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

6.1 If your parcel appears lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

6.2 We may require:

  • confirmation of delivery details;
  • photographs;
  • cooperation with carrier investigations.

6.3 We reserve the right to wait for the carrier’s investigation process before issuing replacements, Store Credit, or refunds where appropriate.

6.4 TryDarts is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer;
  • theft after confirmed delivery;
  • unsecured delivery locations selected by the customer.

7. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

7.1 If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address details;
  • failed delivery attempts;
  • refusal of delivery;
  • failure to collect from the carrier;
    the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before redelivery.

7.2 Original shipping charges may not be refundable in these circumstances.


8. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

8.1 We may delay dispatch while carrying out fraud prevention or verification checks.

8.2 We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
